No COM:FOP in the United States for sculptures. The subject of these photos are of a 2002 sculpture by Mexican sculptor Sebastián who is still alive. A previous deletion request concerning the same sculpture resulted in the deletion of the photo (Commons:Deletion requests/File:La Antorcha de la Amistad.JPG).

So can these images be moved to Wikipedia, or will they suffer the same fate there? Loadmaster (talk) 18:37, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Loadmaster: One image could be transferred there under Wikipedia:Fair use similar to other files in en:Category:Fair use images of three dimensional art. Howhontanozaz (talk) 03:05, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

May the first image be listed with fair use on the English Wikipedia as an alternative, then? - TheLionHasSeen (talk) 10:34, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@TheLionHasSeen: Yes, please upload it to enwiki locally, as Commons doesn't allow Fair Use. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 00:29, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
