Qurren (talk)と申します。File:和歌山県の地域区分.gifに{{Cc-by-sa-4.0}}を適用されましたが、和歌山県ホームページ公開情報利用規約を読みますと、CC BY 4.0が適用されないものとして「写真、画像、組織や特定の事業を表すシンボルマーク、ロゴ、キャラクターデザイン」を挙げております。当該の画像は問題ないでしょうか？--Qurren (talk) 14:49, 28 November 2017 (UTC)

The Valves - Better Late

I see that you flagged the album artwork for the new Valves album "Better Late" for speedy deletion here as the image already exists at Discogs. However, if you check the file history at Discogs, you'll see that the same user, Gdair, loaded that image too. I am guessing that Gdair is in fact the band's drummer Gordon Dair, and as this album is a self-release (ie, not through a record company), it's reasonable to assume that he has the authority to release it under a CC license. Therefore, I don't think Speedy Deletion is the right approach here. If you still have a concern and would like him to furnish some proof that he has the authority to release the artwork, maybe an RfC or a slower {{Delete}} process would be more appropriate, which would give him time to respond. its not a problem for us to show the diploma on the page. (there is the name of my father in japanese, so how can be used ?).

For the copyright i can remove the copyright symbol and put the trademark (because we have atago tm) if its better. But if i change the image i need to make the procedure of com:vrt again ?

I recommend any watermark. it is written on file page. com:vrt process once only. if you write a license on your website, you don't need to vrt prosess. --eien20 (talk) 05:18, 25 February 2025 (UTC)
